Most orders will ship SAME / NEXT DAY depending upon the time they are received. Please keep in mind when selecting UPS EXPIDITED SHIPPING METHODS, that the delivery time is based on the SHIPMENT DATE, not the ORDER DATE.

USA SHIPPING METHODS
GENERAL NOTES & TIPS
- If you would like to receive a TRACKING NUMBER for your shipment (and you are shipping to a STREET ADDRESS), please select a UPS shipping option. At this time, the USPS does not offer full scale package tracking.
- If you are shipping to a USPS PO BOX, you must use the appropriate USPS shipping method. UPS CAN NOT deliver to a USPS PO BOX.
UPS GROUND - This shipping method can be selected when shipping to a STREET ADDRESS.
- Average shipping time is 2-5 business days. A transit time map will display on the shipping screen when checking out of the store.
UPS 2 DAY AIR - This shipping method can be selected when shipping to a STREET ADDRESS. Packages will arrive within TWO DAYS of the SHIPMENT DATE (ie. Packages shipped on MON will arrive on WED).
- Shipping time is 2 business days.
UPS 3 DAY SELECT - This shipping method can be selected when shipping to a STREET ADDRESS. Packages will arrive within THREE DAYS of the SHIPMENT DATE (ie. Packages shipped on MON will arrive on THU).
- Shipping time is 3 business days.
USPS FC / Priority Mail - This method can be selected when shipping to a street address or USPS PO BOX. If you are shipping to a USPS PO BOX, YOU MUST use a USPS shipping method.
- Average shipping time is 2-5 business days.
USPS - Military APO/FPO - This method must be selected when shipping to a military address - most commonly referred to as APO (Air/Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office).
- Average shipping time will vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS
USPS International Airmail - Please select your country from the drop down list on the shipping checkout page. If your country is not listed, select ALL OTHER COUNTRIES.
- Packages are shipped via USPS International Airmail - The calculated price includes all documentation fees in the US. PLEASE NOTE: The quoted shipping price DOES NOT include any taxes that may be levied in your country [commonly referred to as a value added tax (VAT)]. If you have not ordered from the US before, you might want to check with your local post office or customs house for fees that may apply.
- Average shipping time is 7-14 business days. Shipping times are affected by destination and customs clearance. During times of heightened security, shipping times can take longer.
WEIGHTS & COLORS
When filling disc orders, weight is considered more important than color unless otherwise specified in the comments field when checking
out of the store. We will contact you if we cannot fill your order within +/- 2g of the
weight range selected.
Color selections are considered a preference. We will try to get as close as possible, but please keep in mind that our stock is limited to what is currently
available from the manufacturer. If there are special circumstances where certain colors are not acceptable (ie. someone that is color blind),
please let us know in the comments field when checking out of the store.
RETURN POLICY & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
All Shipments are 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Items may be returned in new/unopened condition for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable). Items must be received in resellable condition to be eligible for refund. Used items will not be credited. All returns must be received postage paid - no COD shipments accepted. We will gladly exchange any item that you are not happy with; shipping charges may apply depending on the circumstances. If there is a product defect or error on your order, we will fix the problem promptly.

In the event of a refund (for returned items, etc..), we are usually able to issue the refund to the card that was used to place the order. We reserve the right to issue refunds by check. In no instance will we refund an amount to a secondary card.
